CANCELLATION POLICY

I accept that if I cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, do not show up for the appointment, or arrive late, I will be responsible for the full fee owing. There is a minimum £30 cancellation fee. As a reminder, you will usually receive a text message or an email; however, this is merely a courtesy and should not be relied upon.
