Heel and Ankle Pain
Adults may experience heel and ankle discomfort, which is one of the most common foot diseases. It frequently occurs during typical daily tasks and physical activity. The largest of the twenty-six bones in the foot is the heel bone. During walking or running, it provides a stable support for your body weight on impact.

Because the pressure concentrated on your feet during walking can be more than one and a quarter times your body weight, it's no surprise that heel pain is so widespread.
What are your options?
Protect, optimum loading, ice, compression, and elevation
To avoid injury or trauma, maintain your appropriate body weight.
Before and after exercise, thoroughly warm up and stretch.
